The Greenbriar Prep for Vinyl Garage Kit is a single-car garage designed for installation with the exterior siding of your choice. The exterior walls are sheathed with oriented strand board (OSB), allowing the application of vinyl siding, wood lap siding, stucco, or other compatible exterior-grade siding.

The garage features premium 2 × 4 wall framing spaced 24 inches on center and is framed to accommodate an 8 ft. × 7 ft. garage door. An attractive front gable overhang provides additional protection at the entrance.

Note: Floor, garage door, garage door track, roofing shingles, and exterior siding are not included. Assembly is required.
