The HDSO14AX is a 14,000-lb. capacity four-post alignment lift designed for servicing larger vehicles, including low ground-clearance applications. The open-front design provides unobstructed access beneath the front of the vehicle, making steering, suspension, and alignment adjustments easier.

Integrated front turn plates and rear slip plates provide free-floating wheel movement during alignment procedures, while adjustable runways accommodate a variety of vehicle tread widths. Optional drive-through ramps, drip trays, and rolling bridge jacks are available to expand service capabilities.

Open-Front Design

The open-front configuration eliminates the front crossmember, providing improved access beneath the front of the vehicle for alignment and suspension work. Adjustable front outrigger tubes allow precise leveling during installation.

Integrated Alignment System

Front turn plates and rear multi-caster slip plates are integrated into the runways, allowing unrestricted wheel movement during alignment procedures.

Adjustable Turn Plate Pockets

Dual recessed turn plate pockets allow turn plates to be positioned to accommodate different vehicle wheelbases and shop equipment layouts.

Heavy-Duty Cable System

The lift features oversized 10-1/2″ cable sheaves, 2-1/4″ diameter sheave axles, and four 1/2″ aircraft-quality stainless steel lifting cables designed for continuous operation.

Adjustable Locking Positions

Multiple locking positions allow the lift to be secured at various working heights while facilitating accurate runway leveling.

Built-In Lubrication

Grease fittings on the cable sheaves and sheave axles simplify routine maintenance.

Hydraulic Flow Restrictor

An integrated hydraulic flow restrictor provides controlled lowering in the event of hydraulic hose failure.

Automatic Safety Locks

Spring-loaded safety locks engage automatically during lifting. Adjustable lock ladders help compensate for minor floor variations during installation.

Pneumatic Lock Release

A push-button pneumatic release disengages the safety locks for lowering operations.

Secondary Safety System

An independent slack-cable safety system provides backup protection in the event of cable failure.

Integrated Design
