The HDS-18E is an 18,000-lb. capacity four-post lift designed for servicing trucks, vans, SUVs, commercial vehicles, and other heavy-duty equipment. Extended 249-inch runways accommodate long-wheelbase vehicles while providing a stable platform for maintenance, inspection, and storage applications.

The lift incorporates a heavy-duty lifting system with galvanized aircraft cables, oversized cable sheaves, enclosed lifting components, and a maintenance-free electric/hydraulic power system for reliable operation.

Extended Runways

The HDS-18E features 249-inch runways designed to accommodate longer wheelbases while providing secure vehicle support. Non-skid runway surfaces improve traction during loading and unloading.

Heavy-Duty Base Plates

Reinforced 12″ × 12″ base plates provide a stable foundation for the lift.

Oversized Cable Sheaves

Large 12-inch diameter cable sheaves and 4-inch diameter sheave axles help reduce cable wear while extending the service life of critical lifting components.

Galvanized Lifting Cables

Built-In Lubrication

Pneumatic Lock Release

A push-button pneumatic release disengages all safety locks for convenient lowering.

Secondary Safety System

An independent slack-cable safety system provides additional protection in the event of cable failure.

Integrated Design

Optional Rolling Bridge Jacks

Optional rolling bridge jacks allow the front or rear of a vehicle to be raised above the runways for wheel, tire, suspension, and brake service. Each jack features telescoping arms, frame contact pads, three safety lock positions, stackable truck adapters, and an air/hydraulic pump.
