The Ariens 715140 Mulching Kit is a specialized conversion kit designed for select 52-inch zero-turn mower decks. It transforms compatible mowers into a mulching system by restricting discharge and optimizing airflow to finely recut grass clippings. The result is a cleaner cut appearance, reduced yard cleanup, and natural nutrient return to the soil for healthier lawn growth.

This kit is intended for use on select Ariens EDGE and IKON XD models, as well as compatible Gravely ZT X and ZT XL 52-inch mowers. Once installed, the mower operates in a fully mulching configuration, eliminating side discharge and instead circulating clippings beneath the deck until they are finely chopped and evenly distributed back onto the lawn.
